Primary Wave Music Publishing, one of the leading U.S. independent music publishing companies, announced a deal with the five-time Grammy Award winning singer, songwriter, and producer, CeeLo Green and his newly formed Octopus Publishing. Primary Wave will provide financing to the Atlanta-based publishing company, allowing Octopus Publishing to find new songwriters and producers in the business.
