Last period ko first day Nov 5.

I track my period and ovulation kaya alam ko kailan ako most fertile at hindi (safe or unsafe days). 9 months ko nang ginagamit yung tracker so more or less reliable.

Expected ovulation ko is Nov 23 so high fertility days Nov 18-24. During this time I had NO sexual contact.

Pero meron exactly 1 week after that. I had unprotected sex Nov 30 but he pulled out. He didn't come inside but just outside. At this time I know it is low fertility. If I ovulated at expected time, the egg can only live 12-48 hours after it is released. Kung wala sperm it's just discarded.

I also know my average cycle is 32 days. So from last period Nov 5 my next expected period is Dec 7.

Dec 12 na at wala pa rin akong period. I'm already 5-6 days late. I took a pregnancy test yesterday morning (first pee) and the night before that. At 12 days since last contact, 5 days missed period, different brands, different times, both came out NEGATIVE.

I have tender breasts than usual, cramping, a little nauseous, feeling warm, a little dizzy. No bleeding, no spotting, no discharge.

Sa tingin niyo ba buntis ako? Kung hindi bakit kaya ako delayed? Baka nasesestress lang din ako sa kakaisip nito.
