this is not the first time i had abortion. in 2016 inordered the mife kot from ms. ella and successfully terminated my 1st pregnancy. it was my first and so ithough my last. then i got pregnant again and so i countinued my pregnancy. di ko pinagsisihan dahil handa na akong maging nanay this time. after complications, i had an emergency c-section.

then yesterday, i tested positive on my PT. fuck the contraceptive that failed me and my uterus. fuck the government that makes it difficult to access quality contraceptives. my son is still 8 months old and the moment i saw the pt i knew i want to terminate tgis pregnancy.

6 weeks now and i ordered again frim ms. ella. buo na ang loob ko. this is my second abortion. this must be my last dahil baka ikamatay ko na to due to risk of uterine rupture kasi nga 8 months pa lang mula nung na emergency c-section ako. i’m crossing my fingers tightly. i will do it next saturday.

i know there’s a god in there somwhere and i’m praying that i will survive this for my 8 month-old son. i still want to see him become a better person than i am. pray with me.

6 months after maCS I found out that I’m pregnant again with my second child. Ginusto ko nun na malaglag xa kasi nga baka magkacomplications. Pero tinuloy ko ung pregnancy with close monitoring ng OB ko. Ok nmn pero repeat CS xa at 38 weeks xa nilabas.

buti ka pa sis nalagpasan mo na yung pinakamasakit na part. please update mo naman ako dito kung ok lang ba uts or check up results mo. kinakabahan ako eh. feeling ko mas malala yung pain kasi CS. this is not my first time to terminate pero naaalala ko pa yung physical and emotional pain na pinagdaanan ko noon and i want you to know that you’re not alone! ito yung tamang choice satin sa situation natin.

4. wear your thickest sweater and drown yourself in thick blankets in case you spike a fever during the procedure.

took the first pill on time. feeling nothing but gassy and a little bit nauseous because of fasting. my advice? sleep early on your first day. rest and calm yourself.

SECOND DAY
11/09/2018

NOTE: force yourself to vomit 1 hour before the procedure and force yourself to poop para di masyadong mahirapan during the procedure.

first dose.
no cramps yet. no pain. but i’m expecting pain anytime soon. i’m scared but i have to do it.
period cramps. i’m hungry. i wanna vomit and i wanna pee. pero period cramps lang.
heavy bleeding na parang umihi ako ng dugo. still period cramps. preparing for worst hoping for the best.

several huge blood clots gushing out of me.
lumabas ang gamot. tinext ko si ms. ella kung pwedeng ibalik sabi nya oo kaya pinasok ko lang yung lumabas na tablet.

before last dose wala pa ring extreme pain.. no diarrhea and definitely no fever.. mild cramps lang like menstrual cramps lang talaga. i’m beginning to think that the procedure was unsuccessful.


still bleeding, huge blood clots still coming out of me but still no extreme pain. now i am worried and thinking of all other options because i know for sure, the procedure failed.

i followed all the instructions word per word but still i felt no diarrhoea, no extreme pain.

Day 3
11/10/2018

woke up at exactly 5am feeling heavy and still dizzy. i was excited to visit the bathroom to pee and poop and alas the fetus came out. i panicked but the first thing that i felt was relief.

i cannot function well. super drained. i did not exercise but instead i walked a mile or two.

8:00am i arrived at school kasi i have a class to teach. i numbed myself. i felt relieved and i felt empty all at the same time. hindi ako naiyak. tinatagan ko lang ang loob ko. i needed to do this. i don’t have a choice.

Day 4
11/11/2018

no pain, no period cramps, still bleeding but not that heavy and still gushing out blood clots. was able to come to work feeling ok and feeling nothing but relief.

Day 5
today, 11/12/2018

i still feel relieved. no regrets, no crying moment because first of all i am thankful i had the resources to still have an abortion despite our strict laws and second, i am alive and well despite the unsanitary and unsafe medical abortion i’ve been through. i have nothing to move on from since i knew right from the beginning that i cannot have another baby. my first child is only 10 months old and is sickly and i am a single mom. call me evil and all that shit but i just did that child a favor of not having to live a bastard miserable life. i have nothing to offer that child because i am poor as a rat. i can only afford to feed 2 mouths as of now.

i know there is a God in there somewhere because i am still alive. i prayed during the procedure and he has heard my plea. for that i am thankful.
