Hi, everyone. Here is my Mifepristone experience for everyone na kailangan pa ng pampalakas ng loob. This is long because I tried to explain as detailed as I can. Here it goes:
NOTE
Last menstrual period (unang araw ng huling regla): May 25
Pregancy test faint positive: July 12
Ultrasound to confirm: July 13
According to my ultrasound, 6 weeks preg ako pero ang size ni baby around 5 weeks palang. No heartbeat so viability is not sure (kung mabubuhay si baby or hindi, hindi raw sure).
Dahil may rason din ako, I decided to terminate my pregnancy. Mahirap na desisyon pero kailangan nang panindigan. Ordered Mife kit from Ms. Ella by July 13, and by July 15 nakuha ko na. I did the procedure when I was around 6-7 weeks pregnant. I was with my bf.
Day 1 Procedure
Ok naman ako the rest of day 1. Walang any symptom.
The next day, medyo nagccramps na ko around 3pm. Akala ko normal pregnancy cramps lang dahil throughout my pregnancy naramdaman ko naman yun. Around 4pm, I wasn't expecting anything to happen. Pero habang nakahiga at nanonood kami ng tv, biglang parang may splash of fluid na lumabas from my vagina. Nagulat ako and nagmadali pumunta sa banyo. Pag-upo sa CR, biglang may lumabas na blood clot. Yung size nya is half a fist. Although we didn't see it, feeling namin ni bf kasama na dun yung embryo. And yung fluid na nagsplash is yung amniotic fluid (panubigan). I texted Ms. Ella agad and she said it was okay dahil mabilis lang magreact katawan ko. Ang bigat sa pakiramdam, naiyak nalang ako thinking that was already my child. :'(
Day 2 Procedure
Of course, I proceeded with the procedure.
Medyo natakot ako magsimula dahil kung nagcramps na ko after Mife, what more after Cyto. Pero time has come, kailangan na gawin. So I prepared for complete bed rest na and started. Ang hirap tunawin nung first set of tabs. Sumakit dila ko but I'm not complaining. After natunaw, naginsert na yung bf ko and ok naman, madali nyang nalagay. After a few minutes, nagkaron na ko ng intermittent pain na kaya pang itolerate. Parang dysmenorrhea pero mas consistent yung pag cramps nya. After every 5 minutes yung attack. By this time nafeel ko na may lumalabas na rin sa napkin ko na blood.
Nagpalit na ko ng diaper. Heavy bleeder ako and true enough, ang dami nang dugo. Buti nalang hindi maarte si bf at sobrang maalagain. A few minutes after 2nd set of Cyto, ayan na, consistent na yung pain talaga. Napapaungol na ko dahil mababa rin pain tolerance ko. Hindi ako mapakali sa pwesto ko dahil kung saan saang part na ng tyan yung masakit pero syempre pinakamasakit sa puson. Actually sa tingin ko, kaya naman itolerate kung maliit pa yung embryo, pero ang dami na kasing nararamdaman by this time. Gutom, sakit ng puson, sakit ng balakang, sakit ng likod sa paghiga, tapos parang nadudumi (effect ng pag labor/gamot). Ang hirap matulog kahit ipilit.
Before 3rd dose, ganon parin yung pain. Mas lumala pa dahil talagang gusto ko nang dumumi. Pero kinaya ko at nagtake na ng third set. Hindi ako talaga tumayo 'til the end. Buti nalang wala akong ibang symptoms like pagkahilo at pagsusuka. After a few hours, thankfully I was able to sleep. Nag-alarm nalang kami para magising sa tamang oras.
By 4am, tumayo na ko at pumunta sa bathroom. Pagupo, biglang lumabas yung tatlong malalaking clots. Mas malalaki pa dun sa unang lumabas. But this was expected so I wasn't worried and was actually relieved. Medyo umire pa ko to make sure walang maiwan na clot then I washed up and went back to bed. Medyo masakit parin this time so nahirapan parin matulog.
Day 3
Pagkagising ko ng 10am, I felt completely better. Still with bleeding but no more clots. Still with cramps but way tolerable than earlier. Kinaya narin tumalon talon at maglakad ng maayos. I was even able to drive home na akala ko hindi ko magagawa dahil sa pagod at panghihina.
I'm now on my 8th day. May bleeding parin and small clots pero yung amount nya parang day 4 ng menstruation. Cramps lasted hanggang 7th day. Hopefully everything is fine and successful. Magpapaultrasound ako and PT in 3 weeks. Please pray for me and my baby. S/he didn't deserve it pero I was desperate. I love my baby kahit di ko sya nakita at umiiyak parin ako whenever I see friends posting baby vids in FB. Pampalubag loob nalang na wala syang heartbeat sa ultrasound when I did the procedure. :'(
TIPS:
- Buy only from Ms. Ella. According to readings and personal experience, she is the only legit seller.
- Use diapers instead of napkin, especially sa mga mag-isang gagawa. Mahirap magtanggal at magsuot ng underwear habang naka complete bed rest. At least pag diapers madaling buksan.
- If you can do it with your partner, do it. Mahirap mag-isa, physically and emotionally. Mahirap maginsert ng gamot vaginally, pero mas madali kung may tutulong.
- Sa mga nagiisip palang, really think about it. And if you have other options, choose what's really best for you and your baby. Pray on it. Mahirap ang mental torture afterwards kung hindi buo ang loob mo.
- Prepare yourself mentally. Read the instructions ng paulit ulit. I read it mga 5 times before doing the procedure para siguradong wala akong mamiss. Anticipate all the side effects na pwede mong maexperience para ready ang katawan mo. You can do that by reading experiences of people from this blog especially yung mga same weeks/months as your pregnancy.

Buti kapa sis succeed na, same tayu last mens ko may 25 din..hopefully makayanan ko, lalo na mag isa lang ako.
Hello, kailan mo gagawin? Kaya mo yan, tibayan mo loob mo. Magisa ka lang ba? Hindi pa ako nagpi-PT kaya di ko pa alam kun successful, pero sana ok na.
