Hi! Katatapos ko lang ng procedure 2 days ago. Sobrang tigas ng boobs ko right now. Tapos kaninang madaling-araw, nagse-secrete ng milk yung boobs ko.

Nangyari din ba ito sa inyo? Paano niyo na-control? Sobrang painful niya kasi right now and I can't concentrate sa work because of them.

Also, may naka-experience din ba dito na kinakabag after the procedure? Pakiramdam ko araw-araw ako na-empatso. I kept on burping and farting, nakakahiya!

Please share some of your after procedure experiences. Baka may tips kayo diyan, mga sis? Huhu. Maraming salamat.

Same po tayo ang sakit ng boobs ko super tigas.. Nag cold compress na nga ako. Pang 2nd day ko plng nw from procedure..

Ano kaya pwede gawin.

Same po tayo ang sakit ng boobs ko super tigas.. Nag cold compress na nga ako. Pang 2nd day ko plng nw from procedure..

Ano kaya pwede gawin.


Tumalab ba sayo sis yung cold compress? Di ko pa siya na-try. 4th day ng lactation ko and still marami pa siyang nilalabas na milk.

Nag-research ako, this is supposed to last ng mga 7-10 days. Hays.

Hi mga sis. Mawawala din yan. Ung sakin 4 days bago mawala. Almost 5 months ako nung ginawa ko ung procedure.

sakin din parang lumalaki tas ang tigas..ang sakit kahit sa pag kilos :( 5th day ko ngayon
