Replying to Did anyone flush their fetus??

I flushed the fetus along with the placenta still attached. I felt so bad but I have nowhere to bury him (he was a boy, my fist baby supposedly). Nobody knows and my mom was here when the fetus came out so I couldn't take it outside. I feel so horrible
