One month akong delayed natatakot ako na bka buntis ako ulit dhl 6months plang ang 1st baby ko. Ayoko pa tlgang magbuntis ulit. Anong dpat kong inumin pra mgka regla?

I had unsafe 6 with My girlfriend last night and I'm not sure pero should we use Plan B pills muna or yung product ni Ms.Ella and pano ko macocontact si Ms.Ella? Thank You in advance.
