9:00AM - Light Breakfast
12:00NN - Iced Choco and Revel Bar
5:00PM - Crackers and Water
6:00PM - 1 mifepristone (AVOID GRAPEJUICE AND ALCOHOL)
***gas pain. Amoy gamot kapag nagbburp. Ayoko ng amoy
8:00PM - light meal and soda ( konti lang kasi baka masuka sayang naman )

***wala ako masyadong naramdaman. Gas. Utot ng utot lang. Mild cramps siguro? Kaso halos araw araw ako may mild cramping


Day 2 - May 12, 2023

***on off nausea.Parang normal lang wala padin ako spotting or what

9:00AM - oatmeal
10:30AM - light headed. Mild nausea. No cramps
10:50AM - Tapa and Brown Rice ( light lang )
***mild nausea
3:15PM - grabe strong nausea. Kumaen ako half banana and nag peel ng lemon para amuyin to ease nausea. Wash my hands and parang magcchills ako nung binasa ko kamay ko.
4:40PM - chicken and 3 spoonful brown rice (konti lang din)
6:40PM - metoclopramide 10mg (para iwas suka, sayang ang gamot)

Note
If magtake ka na ng Miso, make sure di ka uminom ng water kasi mabilis sya matutunaw sa bibig mo. (40mins ago last inom ko ng water)


7:20PM - 4 miso (buccal) I hold it for 40mins para sure dissolved na.chalky taste ( avoid eating and drinking during this time) inom konting water after 40mins.


8:15PM - passed stools. Watery
(once nahold mo na na naman ang gamot for 40mins to 1 hour and nalunok mo na; tatalab na sya kahit sumuka pumupu ka *as per women help org)

8:30-9:10PM - CHILLS, FEVER, CRAMPING (11/10)
***nakatulog na ako nito

9:20PM - nararamdaman ko na dinudugo na ako. Nawala na chills. Pero super sakit ng puson.
9:30PM - napo poop na naman ako. Tried to control yung stool. Kasi ramdam ko na mapass ko nadin yung sac. Nag squat muna ako sa diaper para makita yung ilalabas ko. Blood clots and gray flesh pero kapag winash mo pinkish tissue sya nandon sa loob embryo. Then, saka ako nagpoop sa bowl
Nagsuka din pala ako. Foamy. Uncontrollable suka
***inom pocari pang hyrdrate
***change all night pads

9:30PM - 12MN - nakahiga lang. super sakit ng puson ko pero wala na chills. Back n forth sa CR to passed stools and bleeding padin.

Cramping is a good sign naman. kasi you know the medicine is working.

12:30AM - I fell asleep (in pain)
3:40AM - nagising ako, ramdam ko flowing na yung blood. Urge to pee. Passed more blood clots. Relieved. No more cramps na. Total 8hrs of bad cramps.

4:30AM - bacon and brown rice ( light )
