so far wala na akong bleeding TOTALLY.

ano ba ginamit mo cyto or mife? kasi kung cyto possible na unsuccessful. gnyn dn kasi yung first attempt ko, cyto ako kasi nascam ako. then ngmife ako from ms. ella ayun pang 12th day ko na so far wala ng breast tenderness. wait ko nlng mg3rd week para makpagPT na ako.

been drinking antibiotic na din to avoid UTI.

according kay Ms. ella yan nag iniinom ng mga lafies na bagong panganak. kung hindi naman ganun kalakas bleeding mo, wag mo na inumin. pero just keep it if incase you need it. kasi hindi po siya OTC na gamot sis. yung akin kasi 7th day ko na ngayon pero seems normal naman period ko although pwala na ngyon, hindi ako uminom. for precautionary measures nalang i guess.

3rd day - hindi ganun kalakas yung bleeding ko. uminom pa din ako serpentina and strictly follow the instructions of ms. ella.
4th day - i need to go to the office para matagtag na din although hindi pa ganun kalakas yung bleeding. kumain ako and uminom ng pepsi na hindi malamig. after few minutes nararamdman ko ng bumubulusok na yung blood. nakakapuno ako ng 2 night pad a day.
5th day - same with 4th day. my mga bloodclot na lumalabas hinhayaan ko lang. umiinom pa din ako ng coke na hindi malamig. everytime i drink coke lumalakas talaga sya.
7th day - today december 24,2019 kasi i started last december 18. hindi pa din ak9 ngPPT. although spotting nalang ako pero iinuman ko pa din ng coke.
3rd day - hindi ganun kalakas yung bleeding ko. uminom pa din ako serpentina and strictly follow the instructions of ms. ella.

just finished with my 3rd day procedure.
hindi ko lang alam kung success pero may lumabas sakin na isang malaking blood clot na parang liver.
i got my mife kit pala from Ms. ella.
day 1 - i drink mife pero wala pang 24hrs, may bleeeding na ako. and i asked Ms. ella kung normal lang na mgbleeding kahit mife palang naiinom ko and sue said, its normal.
day 2- strictly follow the procedures.
3am (day3) nagising ako kasi sobrang sakit ng puson ko. nakatihaya kasi ako. and then tiniis ko, ng breathing exercise ako para mabawasan yung sakit. pabugso-bugso din kasi yung sakit.
3:30am (day3) tumagilid ako kasi para sana kako mabawasan ng sakit.btw, yung pain is mas masakit sa dysmennorhea ng 3x and ayun nawala siya so nakatulog ako.
4:05am nagising ako i guess pwede na tumayo kasi 4am naman na. pagtayo ko naramdaman ko na yung dugo pero hinayaan ko lang kasi nakadiaper ako.
i went to the CR at dahan2x ko tinanggal yung diaper. and nakatayo lang ako sa CR, ngpush ako and viola may lumabas na parang atay. and then mga dugo na.
hindi pala ako ngbleed ng heavy during the procedure.

since may naka ready ako na dahon ng serpentina, uminom na ako agad. hindi ako agad kumain.
