Opo sa ika 9thday need atibiotics para iwas infection depnde dn syo if antibiotcs ba or yung mga foods na pampalinis sa loob like mga pineapplejuice etc. yung mga iwas infections ( search sa google) . Tapos sis, nabili ko lng yung antibiotics hndi sa mga known na pharmacy kc nid tlga perscptn ni doc.
Eat healthy ang drink healthy lang po then mejo maaga pa nga yung pgpaultrasound mo, pero di dn kta masisisi kc nkkpraning nga naman. Pero sis sa next mens mo lalabas dn yung mga naiwan acc. To ms ella. Pero tama ka sis need tlga pa chck up para sure sa safetiness. Hope mging okay kana po. Negative na pla ako sis sa ika 11tg day ko

1 month na after procedure ko sis, according to my OB ung last TVS ko if naaalala mo pa na mag oovulate na ako then spotting nlng ako non. Ngayon mukhang menstrual period na to, ksi lumakas bleeding ko nung Nov 25 may blood clots pero di nmn big sizes mdjo slimy so mukhang nirerelease nya tlg. Sabi ng OB ko relax lng daw ako, then wag mag paka stress ksi nkaka affect din tlg. Nwwlan tlg ako ng gana minsan, then kpag sobrang lakad at nkaupo nanakit puson ko left side. I'm just taking IBERET only wla syang inadvice tlg na antibiotic since nkta nmn nya un uterus ko. Mdjo nag wworry parin tlg ako, minsan di ko kinakaya ung skit.. ano ano nrrmdman mo sis? I'm praying na gumaling na ako.. di ko alm kng mag cconsult ako sa ibang OB ksi prng I need antibiotics. Pero thank you sis, ittry ko yang pineapple juice..

7 weeks na ako nung start ko ng first procedure. Nag pa ultrasound ako uli knina Nov 17 kasi kmkirot tlg ung puson ko kgbe. So improving ung ultrasound ko dahil maliit ng ung thickness nung endometrial ko then i dont have to worry daw. Then mag oovulate nnman daw ako so advised not to ANO daw muna ksi ayun nga miscarriage ang sinsabi nila. Ang bait nga ng doctor ksi sabi ko knkbhan tlg ako sa nrrmdman ko. Spotting nlng ako ngayon brownish na sya na prng mens. So anytime 2weeks babalik daw menstrual period ko. Nahinga ako ng maluwag. Ferrous sulfate lng tntake ko na vitamins (IBERET ) ung name may iron ksi un pra sa nwalng dugo. Hindi ako kay ms ella bumili pero successful mas mrmi lang ung methergine nya then 6weeks and 5days ata ako non. 1mife, 4 cyto and 10 methergine. Ung 10 na un nkaka help tlg ma flush ung mga blood clots. Nag pa TVS knb?

Thank God na safe ka totoo sis alam mo ba nkkrmdm din nyan. Kaya hindi ako nag dlwang isip na tlgang mag pa checkup kahit sakto nlng ang budget ko, i tried to eat healthy as much as i can , took ferrous sulfate pra sa blood na nawala. Nkkrmdman parin ako ng kirot lalo na kpag sobra kpng daming kmain prang bloated. Kgbe Nov 16 nkramdam nnman ako ng chills, kirot ng puson then namamanhid.. ang hirap hindi maipahalta na wla kang nrrmdman lalo na kpag mkulit ung mother mo na tanong ng tanong ano nrrmdman ko. Pero i decided to go to my room and take a rest nag subside naman ung pain iba ibang pwesto gnwa ko pra lng maibsan ung sakit, then kmkanta na ako ng christian songs (Catholic po ako) lahat na sabi ko "Lord heal me please, I'm so sorry. Please give me a chance" so inisip ko na I have to do ultrasound uli pra mkampante ako at mapabasa ko result kay doc. After an hour or 2, nag subside na ung sakit hanggat nktulog ako.

Today, Nov 17 wla talaga ung OB ko pero meron syang reliever. I decided to tell lahat ng nrrmdman ko etc etc. so ang diagnosis nya na miscarriage ako. Pero she always give me a delightful smile pra hindi tlg ako mag worry. Sabi nya she will not be giving me any medicines kasi ntural na irrelease ng uterus naten ung mga ntitirang bloods. So pra makapante daw ako, mag TVS ultrasound kmi, then I agreed. Dahil gusto ko tlg mkita uterus ko from before na TVS ko. So thank God! Lumiit na ung endometrial thickness ko then mag oovulate nnman daw ako kasi nkita ung Right ovary ko. Sabi ni dra, mkakabuo nnman kayo nito with flashing smiles - nkakatuwa lang dahil masaya at magaan sa feelings kpag ganon ung doctor. Then sabi nya if possible wag daw muna kmi mag ANO ng bf ko for a month ksi tlgang mbubuo and sabi nya, within 2 weeks babalik na cguro ung menstrual period ko.. wag daw ako mag alala ksi wla nmn complications, bata pa daw ako. So after that same parin continue ko ung IBERET na vitamins pra sa nwlang dugo ko. Thank you Lord! 🙏🏻

Girls, please do your visit your OB please lang.. 1-2 weeks after your procedure. i bought mife kit sa iba, pero marami ung methergine 10pcs (anti hemo) sa tingin ko nktulong to pra mailabas tlga ung ntitira.

MAG UPDATE LANG AKO:

To be honest, there are days na nppraning din ako if successful ba or hindi. It's my DAY10 na pala.
Nawawala na din pala yung preg.symtoms na nrrmdaman ko dati like nasusuka at konting galaw lakad napapagod na at hinhingal.there are times din na sumakit puson ko kasi madaming bleed lumlabas skin nung mga ika day3 to day 6 ko. Pero for now, konting bleeding nlg as in konti na lang then yung color is pa dark brown na din.
Nagttake na din pla ako ng amox. para iwas infection. Hopefully mg nenegative nko if ever mg PT ako sa mga suusunod na weeks.

Siguro kpag 2 weeks kna sis saka kaag pa ultrasound bka mahalata msyadong mdami sis. Pero kpag spotting pwede na yan. Pra din mapatanag loob mo. Bsta mag pray ka lagi na sana after these wla tayong maramdaman na kung ano..nung mga 1 week ako after procedure sobrang nkkrmdman tlg ako ng chest pain at mild palpitations at nilalamig ako dahil sa mbgat at kmkirot ung puson ko. Sabi naman is side effect ng meds un mga ilang araw din bago nwla sken puson ko dahil pnpass out ko ung mga nttirang bloods. Bsta drink more fluids, veggies, fruits and iron riched foods sis. Bsta mas okay ng magpa checkup kesa sa pbyaan mo lng, porket nawala na ung blood okay na. Take a blood test (Serum b-hcg - kung pababa ang result successful ang procedure mas okay yan kesa sa PT then ultrasound with OB) after the procedure need to see a OB doctor tlg sila ang mas mkktulong sten after procedure.

Mgpplano din akong mgpa ultrasound if di pa ako okay this week, pero yung pg bleed ko kasi madaming lumabas bale kahapon lng humina, NGAYON IKA 10TH DAY KO NA. Kamusta kayo? 2 weeks na ako after my procedure. Nung mga first week sobrang tlgang nag ccontract at nanginhinig ung puson ko tapos mbgat. Nag pa ultrasound naren ako dhil nkkrmdman ako ng chest pain kpag kmkirot. Findings ng OB ko is may endomethrial thickness so possible na may product of conception pa and blood. Ang dahilan ko is msyadong mahaba ung menstrual period ko. So iniisip ni dra na hindi na tuloy ung pregnancy ko or ectopic(sa labas ng uterus) since wla nmn syang alam na nag pa abort ako.. until mow bleeding ako pero light nlng talaga, pag mag wiwi ako, may sumasama na slimy bloods pero hindi blood clots (or buo buo). Advised ko lng better have an ultrasound 1-2weeks after your procedure better safe. Then if you lose so much blood its required to eat iron rich foods or ferrous sulfate vitamins (IBERET) yan nireseta sken ni doc , it helped a lot.

Mdjo okay naman ako, bukas ko kukunin yung seru b-hcg test ko then ppnta ako sa OB ko. Need to assure na safe at maayos ako. I feel chest pain ksi nung mkraan tlg kpag kmkirot ung puson ko. Kaya nag pa ultrasound na tlg ako. So far wla na akong nrrmdman msyado light bleeding nlng ako. Kpag nag wiwi ako pnpass out ko prin ung mga bloods na nttira. I'm praying for my fast recovery. Di naman na ganong malaks bleeding ko , 1 pad lang tlg in a day hindi puno pero sympre we need to change parin. Ano nrrmdaman nio? Mdjo kmkirot ba ung one side ng hip nio?

2 weeks na ako after my procedure and did an Ultrasound. Actually mdjo nagwworry pa ako since may nakita na endometrial thickness ba un.. so possible na nahalo sa blood ung products of conception. (praying na wala) she advised me to take an serum B-HCG test also pra mkita kng pregnant talaga since nag false positive ung PT ko - bsta sis 1-2weeks after procedure you should do an ultrasound para makita.. then cguro ssbhin mo bakit mahaba ung menstrual period mo pra hindi ka mahalata.. babalik ako uli tomorrow NOV 14 pra mkuha result nung hcg test then bka ultrasound uli ako Madami na mga ako nagastos pero health is wealth. Hello sis! Tapos narin ako sa procedure ko. 4th day ko ngayon bleeding nalang like regular mens. Di ko rin nakita yung sac or whatever na dapat lalabas sakin sobrang daming blood cloths lang as in. Nawala narin signs of pregnancy ko. Naduduwal, breast tenderness and sensitive sa amoy wala na agad lahat. Sana naging successful tayo sis. Hoping for our fast recovery. May cloths pang lalabas sayo? Hi sis kkkkk, how are you? Already did TVS awhile ago - since hindi ko nga sure kng nailabas ko dahil hindi ko nakita , i want to make sure tlga na wala na

nov 10 - as advised 1-2weeks after procedure pwede na mag pa TVS. Last procedure ko was oct 28 na delay delay pa nga ako mag pa TVS dahil knkbhan ako. Nakakramdam ako ng chills , mabigat puson na nag ccramps. Ntatakot ako ksi bakit ganon? Sabi naman side effects daw un. Which I think totoo naman - during procedure cramps lng nrrmdman ko even I released it. Nilakasan ko talaga loob ko, i'm with my boyfriend during that procedure. It really helps tlaga. So back to TVS - sabi ko kay dra "bakit po kaya nag mmens parin ako ngayon?" So tinanong ako kelan last mens ko , even last 2 months. Nag imbento nlng ako ng dates since ayoko mahalata ako na bka nagpalaglag ako (innocent type). Then she recommend me to do the PT first to check if i'm preggy. Tinanong ako kng mrunong ba akong gumamit sabi ko pano po ba un? Pra lang di ako mahalata - then sinabi ko rin na this is my first time to do the TVS. When I had my first TVS 6weeks and 3 days preggy na ako. So after that, ung secretary ang nag lagay nlng sa PT then we got a faint positive. Kinausap akl ni dra na we will do TVS, during ultrasound hindi nka tapat sken ung screen knkbhan ako na baka May makita. Pagka insert nya mdjo masakit and she was rolling it na sa point kng san masakit. 😭 Pero kinaya ko. So nung nagsalita sya (hinihintay ko talaga ung sasabhn niya) - "wala naman akong nakikitang pregnancy puro bloods and blood clots" NAKAHINGA AKO! Pero umacting ako na mdjo worried parin. After that sabi nya "Kaso nagdududa ako na baka ectopic pregnancy since nag bbleed ka" (kasi nga false positive ug pregnancy) nag sabi agad sya nag ttubal exam daw sya na ksi bka sa tube nabubuo (fallopian tube) dpat kasi sa uterus dba? Alam ko nmn na nsa uterus si baby nung unang ultrasound ko.. so mejo mag wworried si dra sken ang bait nga nya, tlgang may concern sya sa pasyente. Sabi nga stay ka muna until 2PM tatawgan ko si dra bla bla kasi maguusap sila about sa case ko ksi if ever na ectopic bka pumutok.sympre go with the flow ako..wait ako ksi ultrasound daw uli ako, try ko daw mag poops. Kso hindi ko mapilit, nag wiwi nlng ako. So mga ilang mins - nag TVS uli kami. So itong pangalawa mdjo nag clear ang result hindi narin smskit kpag dndiin nya. Tapos nag dududa prin sya don sa left ko bka daw ksi hindi pa ako nag poops kaya nkkta..so mrmi syang pinaliwanag eh. Dahil ng worst case scenario ung sa ectopic kelngan namen mka sure, inadvised nya na i must do serum test (jan maccheck kng preggy ka tlg - blood test sya) then she explained me that wag muna namen isipin un ganon. Magtake daw ako ferrous sulfate (IRON) ksi nga 2weeks na akl nagbbleed after ng procedure ko. Then binaggit nya na if ung serum test is mababa so negative tlg na preggu ako, reresetahan nya ako ng pampalabas ng remaining blood clots, di daw bsta bsta nbbili un, kelngan ng prescription. So hinala ko baka mag insert nnman ako pero tinanong ko is methergine pala ung irereseta din saken feeling kl un nga un. Diagnosis - Endomethrium thickness (considerr na may mass pa ng products of conception vs blood clots). Akala ko tapos na lahat lahat. Sabi nya mag IE(INTERNAL EXAM) daw kami. Sa isip isip ko ano nnman ggwin sken? pagod na ung V ko 😭 Sabi ni dra, iccheck daw nya cervix ko kng open - then ayun bumalik kmi uli sa room. May clamp!! 😳 Nagulat ako ang sakit nya huhu inopen nya then sabi nga mdjo bukas pa tapos akala ko oks na, pero ininsert nya ung 2 fingers nya ksi kakapain nya baka ksi may mahawakan sya. Sobrang diin huhu sobrang nanghina ako. 4 na exam. Pero mabait tlg si dra concern tlg sya , di daw sya mapakali kpag hindi nya na ccheck tlg. So after all that exams WEW!! Kinuha ko na lahat ng results and prescriptions. Bumili na ako ng IBERET IRON ksi to ksi 2 weeks na ko nag bbleed. So bumili nmn akl konti lng sobrang dami kasi nung nireseta for 1month.


So for now, as advised need ko mag pa serum test 3 days apart ksi testing non. If pababa / decreasing ung value successful ang procedure nten.

Ayun sis - i'm praying na maging successful yang gagawin mo. Lagi lng magdasal at humingi tayo ng tawad kay Lord. Alam ko sobrang malaking kasalanan to, we must pray everyday or every hour. We must forgive to those people who have hurt us as he forgive us too.. i'm praying na successful to at wlang complications.
