Nagbleed ulit after 3months from Procedure

Hi. Sino naka experiene na dito na bumalik bleeding with blood clots after 3-4 months after the procedure? Im so scared and worried. Akala ko okay na kasi last mens ko first week sa May but last week lang dinugo ulit, ito na nga one week na mahigit dugo ko with bloodclots. Any same experience?
