Early pregnancy, still in med school, pls...

Hi, medyo medium to long po ang length ng itytype ko for I don’t know what to do. 
I already have a first child, she’s around 6 years old now. May bf na rin ako nag 3 years, and first year ko pa lang sa med school. Hindi ko na alam gagawin ko? My bf wants to keep the baby, but I don’t.. ayoko na ng another baby out of wedlock, kaso naguiguilty ako kung iaabort ko, though I really want to. I’m really confused. Financially, di pa ko stable since nag aaral pa ko ulit ng medicine with the help of my parents, supporting me and my first kid, whom they enrolled to a catholic school. Cover din nila lahat ng expenses ko, expenses ng school (for me and my kid). Nakakahiya ng sobra kung nabuntis nanaman ako, another one out of wedlock and aasa nanaman sa parents ko. question is, how can I tell my bf na di pa ako ready? Even though nasa tamang age na kami. I want to pursue my medicine degree talaga.. sayang din yung gastos ng parents ko. i think, hindi niya magets yun kahit sabihin nya pa na icocover nya expenses, hindi enough for everything. 😢 di pa rin ako ready mag alaga ng another kid. Please help! And sana po if ever, di ako ma scam ng mife or cyto. Thanks!
